This much is sure: We clean everything. Your property should be perfectly clean from the cellar to the attic. Floors are swept and cleaned, carpets are vacuumed. From the entrance door, door knobs and elevators, right to the general ancillary rooms including devices – the entire building is thoroughly cleaned.
Trust is good – control is better.
This is why we also check the technical systems when cleaning a house. Furthermore, we also clean in front of the house. This includes sweeping of pavements and courtyards and the removal of visible soiling, e.g. graffiti.
What do we use for cleaning?
Cold, clear water is sufficient to let your property shine in new splendour. We exclusively use high-quality cleaning agents which clean all surfaces with cold water without leaving any stains and at the same time protect the environment. Your benefit: Our cleaners bring all cleaning equipment and cleaning agents with them – you don’t need to provide anything.
How often do we clean?
We will create an individual cleaning plan that is tailored to your needs with you. Usually we clean once per week, a major clean takes place twice a year – upon request also more often.

What does professional house cleaning cost?
Each house is different. Therefore, we will calculate each property individually. After our regional manager has measured your house, we will present you with a tailor-made quotation. Our quotation includes a detailed list of all services and the frequency of cleaning of your property.
Our contract terms.
Please submit your orders in writing. The best way is per e-mail or simply by fax or post. Payment is due on presentation of invoice, once per month, in advance, without discount.
Should you unexpectedly want to cancel your contract, you can do so with a one-month notice period for the end of a month. Should you want to make changes to your contract, please notify us in writing.
