Winter maintenance – todays new snow,

When the first snow flake falls, we get into action and clear your property of snow.
Our team does not like snow: Special clearance vehicles and devices do a great job while protecting your pavements, courtyards
and access routes. Throughout winter – from 1st of November to 15th of April – our experienced specialists work for you.
That means: A well organised on-call service which you can rely on, day and night.

Grit spreading and snow clearing
We use both de-icing products and grit to ensure safety for all road users on access roads, courtyards and pavements. With this service, we will accompany you safely through winter. In good-weather periods during winter as well as in spring we will of course also sweep up the grit on your property.
Thaw control
We play it safe: Once temperatures fall following thaw weather, we will check if ice has formed due to melt water or if it could still form. And, if there is a risk of snow slides from roofs.
If there is ice, we will spread grit. In the case of snow slips from roofs we will notify the contractor and set up warning poles immediately – if instructed. We recommend you make use of this service, so that you can enjoy the winter without worrying.
Acceptance of liability
Already 5 days after receipt of payment we are liable for claims that are due to grossly negligent or intentional breach of obligation.
Our contract terms.
We will gladly accept orders in writing. Conveniently, via e-mail, fax or postal service. Commissioning by you will be valid for a complete season, from 1 November to 15 April – we only accept orders for a limited period in exceptional cases.
Should you not cancel your order in writing until 1 August, the contract is automatically renewed for the following season. Payment is due on presentation of invoice, in advance, without discount.
Seasonal flat fee instead of hidden costs.
We will calculate an individual seasonal flat fee for you based on the measurements carried out by our regional manager. In our quotation, we will detail all services and provide a list of the surfaces to be cleaned, including the exact dimensions and the price for the season.
